Exe. /Sr. Exe. -Talent AcquisitionPartner with resource team to understand the business and hiring needs. Discuss and agree on the skill requirement & selection process.Develop a sourcing strategy through market insights to enable talent decisions.Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.Influence candidates & business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization.Be responsible for the candidate's pre-screening & interviews.Manage end to end recruitment process - right from understanding requirements to sourcing to collaborating with tech leaders to making offer proposalsOwn the selection process and ensure the best candidate experience is maintained at all touchpointsCreate compelling offer proposals & explain the compensation & benefits to candidates.Manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding.Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiatives & programs.Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.Selects one or more placement agencies to assist with the recruitment process.Build & maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.Participate in TA programsFacilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.Your Qualifications:Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portals, social media & employee referral)Experience in candidate assessment and management.Ability to build & analyse reports.Hands on experience on excel.Experience in mid-senior level hiring.Ideal Candidate:You and nurture relationships through effective communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.You demonstrate a keen interest in learning new things and have an eye for detail.Experience: 2 to 4 years
