Coordinate with lenders to ensure timely approval and disbursal of loans.Customer Relationship Management Maintain relationships with clients throughout the loan process to ensure a positivecustomer experience. Address customer queries and concerns related to loan terms, EMIs, or repaymentstructures. Build and maintain a network of real estate agents, brokers, and developers

Responsible for empanelment of channel and acquiring the customers for LAP / SBL from openmarket. Responsible for achieving the cross-sell targets from the LAP / SBL customers like insurance or anyother appropriate product which may come up from time to time. Responsible for establishing the Piramal brand and managing the sales and business developmentactivities with focus on rate sensitive LAP / SBL market in the assigned hub location.
