Our fully furnished apartments consist of living room, dining area, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Well maintained apartments with fully functional kitchen, high speed internet and caretaker support makes sure that our guests feel at home while on vacation or working remotely.We are looking for a caretaker who will be responsible for the maintenance of these apartments and addressing to guests need (As per our policy) while they are staying with us. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualification. Though this is our ideal list, we will also consider candidate that do not necessarily have all the qualifications but sufficient experience and talent.Responsibility for Caretaker:1. Initiate and drive deep cleaning of the apartment after guest checks out.2. Replacing used bath towels, hand towels, linens, pillow cover, duvet cover with washed ones.3. Refilling tea/coffee supplies, cleaning products and toiletries as per policy.4. Doing laundry in the washing machine of the respective apartment, drying laundry, folding and keeping dried laundry.5. Initiate and drive minor maintenance work like tightening any screw, changing fused bulbs, re-login Ott subscriptions, setting up router etc.6. Receiving guest on arrival and assisting in check in, accepting payment by cash or card swipe machine & briefing guests about the apartment and house rules.7. Depositing cash to bank, checking vacant apartments for any maintenance requirement.8. Doing inventory of all apartments, store cabinets and preparing purchase list.9. Replying to guests messages / call during stay and attending to guests queries
