Provide nursing care to patients at home as per doctors instructionsMonitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen level, blood sugar)Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids (if trained)Perform wound care, dressing, catheter care, and ostomy careAssist patients with daily activities (bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility)Provide care for elderly, bedridden, post-operative, and critical patientsOperate medical equipment like oxygen concentrator, nebulizer, suction machineMaintain patient hygiene and clean surroundingsObserve patient condition and report changes immediatelyEducate family members about basic patient careMaintain nursing records and daily reportsFollow safety, infection control, and ethical guidelines
