Key Responsibilities:1. Operate grinding machines: Operate and control grinding machines to grind materials according to specifications.2. Monitor machine operation: Monitor the grinding process to ensure it is running smoothly and make adjustments as needed.3. Inspect finished products: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.4. Maintain equipment: Clean and maintain grinding machines to ensure they operate efficiently.5. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Knowledge of grinding techniques: Understanding of different grinding techniques and processes.2. Attention to detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure products meet specifications.3. Ability to work independently: Capable of working independently and making decisions to ensure smooth machine operation.4. Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials when necessary.5. Basic math skills: Understanding of basic math concepts to make calculations related to grinding processes.

Operator Responsibilities: On daily basis ( in shifts ) set & run the CNC / manual machines as per plan given Hands on experience of CNC or manual cylindrical grinding machines operating Should have a through operating knowledge of machines like Micromatic , Kelenberger , Okaya , Paragon etc Should have hands on working knowledge for handling quality instruments like Micrometre, Vernier Calliper , Bore gauge , Digital Height gauge etc Should have good knowledge of grinding wheels for cylindrical & surface grinding machines etc. Should have a very good knowledge of the complex part drawing , understanding , reading etc.We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and driven Operating Engineer for CNC and or manual cylindrical as well as surface grinding machinesBachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI grinding trade
