We are looking for 1 General Manager Operations (Bakery Factory) Post in South Sikkim, Kolkata, Siliguri, Darjeeling, with deep knowledge in Hotel Manager, Hotel General Management and Required Educational Qualification is : B.A, B.Arch, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Ed, Bachelor of Hotel Management, Other Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma

Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) : Candidates from Freight forwarding industry will be Preferred. Should have minimum 10 years experience in Freight Forwarding services. Must have existing shipper base which can be diverted once onboard. Should be Good in preparing market reports. Should be Good in Client Acquisition & Retention.Job Responsibilities :Sharing of client leads with sales team to focus on bringing new customers on board.Proper checking and Approval of all quotation and Jobs for all verticals i.e. Ocean, Air, Project.To accompany with sales team when necessary to bring new customer on board and recovery of payment, if it is delayed beyond a certain limit or to solve any problem arise with customer.Conducting weekly sales meeting to discuss the outstanding with current customers and the targeted customers with their feedback and enquiries generation.All types of credit, commission approvals from management.Bringing new customers on board, sending them quotation, building relations with customers.Guiding operation team wherever required expertise in handling and custom clearance activities of any typical commodity.Team building activities within the team members to co-operate with each other where ever necessary.Achieve monthly / annual revenue budgeFilling of any fresh sales staff wherever necessary.KRAs :Manage the Freight Forwarding business.Source new business as well as expand scope of work from existing clientsAchieve monthly / annual revenue budgetEnsure timely collections from clients within credit periodInnovative in providing solution as well as collaborate with different verticals for business integration which can be beneficial to the organizationMonitoring sales team to Achieve their budgetPeople ManagementQuality and System compliance.

Functional Skill- Purchasing experience in the field of road, highway construction materials such as sand, cement stone chips bitumen etc. Dealing with machines and materials of road construction Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals. Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary. Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock. Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.Behavioral Skill- High in interpersonal and negotiation skill.
