We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in the Sikandrabad Industrial Area. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of welding experience and possess an I.T.I. qualification. Key Responsibilities:- Perform MIG Welding: Execute high-quality MIG welding tasks on various metal components, following specifications and safety standards to ensure strong and durable welds.- Read Blueprints and Technical Drawings: Interpret and understand engineering drawings and blueprints to determine the appropriate welding techniques and materials needed for each project.- Inspect Welds: Examine finished welds to verify quality and ensure they meet the required standards, making adjustments as necessary for improved performance.- Maintain Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and reporting any issues to the supervisor.- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with fellow welders and other departments to promote a productive work environment and meet project deadlines.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must have a strong understanding of MIG welding techniques and safety practices.
