The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the establishment. This includes managing the menu, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining inventory levels. The executive will also be in charge of training and supervising staff members, as well as ensuring excellent customer service.Key responsibilities include:1. Developing and updating menus to meet the needs and preferences of customers2. Monitoring food quality and safety standards to ensure compliance with health regulations3. Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints: Address guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
