We require semi-skilled and unskilled workers for outdoor electrical line installation work, which includes pole laying, stringing of aerial cables, connecting lines using tools and products, etc. We require 8 people initially and we will be training them for three months initially before giving them permanent posts

Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.Constructing base templates if necessary.Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines.Setting up metalwork machinery including angle cutters, drill presses, flame cutters, welding.Double-checking design specifications before commencing with cutting work.Fabricating and constructing metal components.Grinding and finishing completed products.Performing quality checks on completed products.Conforming with state and company safety regulations.

Tasks and dutiesDetermining specifications for components to be created based on blueprints for mechanical systems.Measuring and constructing components out of raw materials through cutting, shaping, and grinding.Assembling fabricated components into a larger machine or system.Complying with operations, safety, and maintenance procedures.Understanding and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the sequence of operations.Operating specialised equipment.Performing regular maintenance and repair work and conducting diagnostic tests to determine the root of problems.Monitoring the fabrication and assembly process.Replacing damaged or defective components.Adhering to other overall on-site regulations.
