Company is in to manufacturing of Special Purpose Machines, heavy industrial washing machine, so candidate should have experience on all type of fabrication work and experience in fitter as well Candidate Must have experience in Sheet metal

1. Assembling parts2. Ensure that all components should be assembled correctly3. Identifying defects or problems to be repaired by hand or by machined tools (equipment)4. Using proper techniques for the job site; performs minor repairs on equipment as needed5. Maintains accurate records regarding work performed at each stage of production 6. Works closely with other technicians to ensure quality control is maintained throughout the manufacturing process 7. Interpreting technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions8. Keeping a clean and tidy workspace9. Meeting all safety requirements of the company and industry 10. Identifying any defective items and handling them according to established procedures

Machine Assembly, candidate should know atleast arc welding (stich)

Reviewing the blueprints of various mechanical systems Constructing and joining structural components Examining and measuring components to ensure that they are of the correct size and quality Using welding equipment and hand tools like ball-peen hammer, hack saw, and steel ruler while constructing structural components Performing regular maintenance checks Identifying system malfunctions and rectifying the same Placing replacement orders for defective or broken parts Adhering to the safety guidelines and industry standards at all times Fabricating, assembling, and disassembling metal parts and tools as and when required Checking if the finished parts are as per the specifications provided Cleaning the work area before and after work Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven work experience as a Fitter or a similar role in the Construction industry Excellent mechanical and technical skills Familiarity with welding equipment and hand, power tools like saw, drill, and hammer Ability to work for long, flexible hours and in extreme weather conditions Good physical and mental strength Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Having an eye for detail Good time management and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations Ability to offer excellent customer service

# Mechanical Responsibilities: Perform mechanical assembly and fitting of industrial machines and automation equipment as per design specifications. Read and understand mechanical drawings, CAD schematics, BOMs, and technical instructions. Carry out machine retrofitting, part replacement, dismantling, inspection, and refurbishment activities. Align and calibrate mechanical components using dial gauges, vernier calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, and precision tools. Work with CNC machines, turning centers, guideways, ball screws, bearings, and structural assemblies. Conduct functional testing, debugging, and pre-dispatch inspections. Coordinate with electrical and control teams for proper mechanical-electrical integration. Maintain safety standards, quality checks, and organized work practices. Provide on-site installation and commissioning support when required.Eligibility Criteria: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field. Freshers with strong practical training during coursework or internships may apply. Experienced candidates with industrial machinery or assembly-maintenance background will be preferred.
