We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team in Ashiyana Colony. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals who have recently completed their education and are eager to gain practical work experience in a factory setting.Key Responsibilities:- Assisting Production: Support the production team by helping with tasks like moving materials, preparing equipment, and monitoring the production line to ensure everything runs smoothly.- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the factory environment clean and organized. This includes cleaning work areas, disposing of waste, and ensuring that tools and equipment are tidy and ready for use.- Carrying Materials: Help in transporting goods and materials within the factory. This may involve lifting, carrying, and loading items to assist with production and shipping needs.- Learning Procedures: Understand and follow safety and operational procedures. Being attentive to guidelines will help maintain a safe working environment.- Reporting Issues: Notify supervisors about any problems or equipment malfunctions. Quick communication is crucial for minimizing downtime and ensuring safety.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have completed their 10th grade education. Previous work experience is not required, making this an excellent opportunity for freshers. Male candidates are preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities:1. Perform Maintenance and Repair Tasks: as An Iti Fitter, Your Primary Responsibility Will Be to Perform Maintenance and Repair Tasks On Machinery and Equipment as Required.2. Read and Interpret Blueprints: You Will Be Expected to Read and Interpret Blueprints and Technical Drawings to Understand the Specifications of the Equipment Being Worked On.3. Install Machinery: You Will Be Responsible for Installing New Machinery and Equipment According to the Manufacturer's Guidelines and Specifications.4. Conduct Quality Checks: It Will Be Your Duty to Conduct Quality Checks On the Repaired Machinery to Ensure that They are Functioning Properly and Meet Safety Standards.5. Collaborate with Team Members: You Will Need to Work Closely with other Team Members, such as Engineers and Supervisors, to Ensure that the Tasks are Completed Efficiently and On Time.required Skills and Expectations:- Proficient in Iti Fitter Skills: You Should have a Strong Foundation in Iti Fitter Skills to Be Able to Perform the Necessary Maintenance and Repair Tasks Effectively.- Mechanical Aptitude: a Good Understanding of Mechanical Systems and Equipment is Essential for this Role.- Attention to Detail: You Must have a Keen Eye for Detail to Spot Any Issues or Defects in Machinery that Need to Be Addressed.- Strong Work Ethic: a Strong Work Ethic and Dedication to Completing Tasks Accurately and Efficiently is Crucial in this Role.- Physical Stamina: this Job May Require Lifting Heavy Objects or Standing for Long Periods, So Physical Stamina is Important.

We are An Engineering Company Based in Kerala, We are Looking for Good Experienced Fabricators, Fitters, Arc Welder, Mig Welder, Gas Cutter, Sand Blasting, Airless Spray Painting and Helpers with Knowledge of Spot Welding, Grinding, the Fabricator, Fitters and Welders Who are Ready Capable of Doing Jobs Individually as per the Drawing Provided. the Works Shall Be in Company Facility/ On Site. the Candidate Must Be Flexible to Relocate as per the Company Requirement.on Site Work the Food and Accommodation Shall Be Provided By the Company.
