Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents in compliance with established guidelines. The role involves analyzing tender specifications, developing cost estimates, coordinating with various teams to gather necessary documentation, and liaising with clients and contractors. The Tender Executive will also monitor tender results, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.QualificationsExperience in tender preparation, documentation, cost estimation, and contract managementStrong analytical skills for evaluating tender requirements and developing proposalsProficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and WordEffective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholdersUnderstanding of procurement processes, compliance requirements, and project managementAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in time-sensitive situationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldPrevious experience in infrastructure or construction industry is an advantage
