Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and appropriate coaching to customer on critical equipment. Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job. Proficient level of computer skills. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner. Strong time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Roles and Responsibilities: Assess hardware and software malfunctions. Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables. Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications based on instructions. Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

Should handle the team and make sure to complete Installation of projects/equipment ilke stackers, scissor lifts, forklifts, forklift attachment -on timely manner. Interact with customers and generate business through Parts Sale and Annual Maintenance Contracts

On-Site End-User Support And Customer Support During Field Visits Or Dispatches Should Be Able To Manage All On Site Installation, Repair, Maintenance And Test Tasks Diagnosing Errors Or Technical Problems And Determining Proper Solutions Need To Carry Out Regular Repairs, Maintain Equipment, And Demonstrate To Clients How To Use Products/Equipment And Also Need To Have Excellent Communication Skills
