To monitor and ensure smooth operation in the field with minimum Turn Around Time Liaison with customers, shipper, vessel agents etc Liaison with other agencies connected with field work- other inspection agencies, port authorities, transporters etc. Reviewing SOP of sampling process at every site plant/port followed by site in charge and his team and imparting sampling training to every site as per revised SOP if any. Assess and impart training to the field staff from operational, technical and safety aspects Make sure team works towards and completion towards greater customer delight. Performance Appraisal for all field staff and their promotion, increment, transfer and leave. TA bills approvals as per co rule, cost control and economizing the field operations and recording the data.. Monitor and ensure upkeep and maintenance of field equipment's/machinery Monitor and ensure mandatory documentation in respect of field operationEnsure and establish safe working practices. Monitor, coordinate and ensure all day to day operation.Monitor and coordinate with certifying authority for any accreditation.Monitor, maintain and ensure 100% service level through recognition of present and future bottlenecks and by initiating and implementing methods and strategy to overcome the same. Coordinate and ensure calibration, upkeep and maintenance of all field equipment. Assess and impart training to field staff from stand point of accuracy, safety and speed. Monitor expenses and assign controls periodically to keep operation cost at the minimal level.Regular interaction and counsel in team meeting for strong and motivated operational team
