We are looking for a Senior Manager who can provide insights during the product development, can document the client requirement. Provide end to end to support, training to the client for smooth transition.

Qualification: ITI/Diploma/BE/B. Tech in CSE/E&TC/Electrical/Electronics.Exp: 0-2/Fresher Years.The ideal candidate would possess some of the following competencies:Knowledge: Respective subject/domain knowledge (Electrical/Electronics/ Computer).Knowledge related to Systems Engineering, Basic Digital Electronics, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems Design, Architecture of advanced Microprocessors and Microcontrollers.Analog Circuits, Radio Frequency & Electromagnetic Engineering.Knowledge related to Digital Communication Networks, Computer Network, Wireless, Mobile Computation.Instrumentation Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Web Technologies, and Applications.Industrial Automation knowledge of PLCs, sensors, drives, vision systems etc.Knowledge of handling, meeting with various stakeholders, clients in the relevant field.To assist R&D and client to the area of RFID and guide the team for development of the software of RFID based on embedded devices.Consultant will be required to present the work at various clients and able to co-ordinate the project activities.Good oral communication and technical writing skill set mustGood Analytical & interpersonal SkillsGood in PowerPoint presentation & MS Office.Ready to travel for project related works.

Job Summary:Manage Sales operations and business development initiatives.Meet with project Consultants, Architects, Civil Contractors, Government Departments to promote and market products and services.Oversee the entire tendering process from initiation to final execution including thorough follow-up and coordination.Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key accounts & executing growth programs.Travelling throughout the entire state as required for business purposes.To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor product pitch according to their specifications.Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.Comply with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.Experience in direct sales & marketing of engineering/ construction related products with direct marketing techniques.Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills and aggressiveness towards goals.Must have complete knowledge of the construction industry.Must be willing to travel extensively, approximately four days per week to fulfill job responsibilities.
