- Advise clients on the visa application process, including required documentation, eligibilitycriteria, and timelines.- Assess client profiles to determine the most suitable visa category and ensure compliancewith immigration laws and regulations.- Prepare and review visa applications and supporting documents to minimize errors andmaximize approval rates.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and changes that mayaffect client applications.- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about the status of theirapplications and addressing any concerns or queries.- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (embassies, consulates, etc.) toexpedite the visa process when necessary

Roles and ResponsibilitiesCounselor for Permanent residency to Canada & Australia.Explaining to the clients about various visa process, helping the clients to understand immigration procedure for CanadaRegular follow up with the clients.Should have knowledge of PR DocumentationHandle client over the phone, Emails and face to face counseling.Attend Walk-ins to the once and counsel for overseas opportunity.Handle the entire sales development life cycle.Generating the business by converting leads.
