Handle end-to-end holiday planning, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers. Develop tailor-made travel itineraries for individuals, families, and groups. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. Stay updated with the latest travel trends, offers, and destination insights. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any pre/post-travel issues efficiently. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals.

Sales and Promotion: Selling travel packages, promoting deals, and achieving sales targets. Client Consultation: Understanding client needs, preferences, and budgets to create tailored travel plans. Itinerary Planning: Designing and coordinating travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, and activities. Booking and Coordination: Making reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services. Customer Service: Providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving travel-related issues. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and travel partners. Product Knowledge: Staying updated on travel destinations, trends, and regulations. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions. Problem Solving: Handling travel-related issues, conflicts, and complaints. Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Looking for Candidates having Experience in Travel Management. Must have knowledge of Travel Destination and can make your packages as per traveller's requirements

Job Profile Develop Domestic packages with tour itineraries and suggest interesting travel routes or places of interest to the clients Plan, describe, arrange and sell itinerary tour packages Handle day to day tour operations Arranging Cab, Hotel Booking as per Travel itineraries Maintaining records of the bookings made, payments & bills settlements. Answering calls & emails from clients for their queries and bookings.

Good English, Should have knowledge of travel industry.
