Ensure that proper candidates got mobilized who come under the list of beneficiaries as per the scheme and they must be instructed that the scheme is a placement linked scheme and only select those candidates who are seriously interested in the scheme and becoming self-sufficient. Maintaining the below mentioned documents at the Training center:-a. Filled copies of enrolment forms of all the enrolled candidates with all the supporting documents.b. Filled copies of RDF (Return declaration form) of all the candidates which is required to be filled at the time of induction kits distribution.c. Copies of feedback forms. Ensureregular bio metric/manual attendance done by all the candidates, trainer & all the staffs and in case of any issue report the same to the Head office. Instruct the candidates that it is very important for them to maintain at least 90% of attendance. Prepare regular attendance report and send the same as per the required instructions to the head office on a regular basis. Organize all the events as required by the head office (instructed as per the ministry) and send the report including appropriate photos
