Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses. Maintain and update client records and booking information in the CRM or booking system. Assist in processing payments, invoices, and follow-ups related to travel bookings or services. Ensure accuracy in documentation, ticketing, and travel confirmations. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client experience. Generate leads from sales calls.________________________________________Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel, Banking,insurance , or a related field. 13 years of experience in backend or inside sales in travel, banking, or insurance industry. Familiarity with travel booking platforms is preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills.Graduation mandatory. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.Job requirements: Female candidates required.Candidate should be Immidiete joiner or 10 days NP.Needs to be able to speak basic English.
