Planning crew changes in advance, checking availability of crew, checking compliance and validity of all certificates and trainings. Ensuring that all crew folders, including certificates/documents, are kept up to date and are uploaded in the software and team crew planner accordingly. Arrangement of any visas, vaccinations or additional training certificates required as per client need.
