The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, ensuring employee retention, managing assigned geography efficiently, and keeping the team motivated and engaged.Key Responsibilities:1. Area / Geography MappingAllocate and manage geography for the team.Collaborate with team members to ensure effective coverage.Audit and review area mapping progress regularly and share updates with superiors.2.
