As an Inside Sales Specialist, your role is to generate revenue for a company by selling products or services to customers remotely, typically over the phone, email, or through online platforms You work closely with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements Prospecting and Lead Generation: You identify potential customers and generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and referrals You research and qualify leads to determine their potential as customers Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: You establish and maintain relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing their inquiries, and providing appropriate product or service information You build rapport, provide personalized recommendations, and offer solutions that align with their requirements Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling: You acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company This includes understanding key features, benefits, and competitive advantages You leverage this knowledge to engage in consultative selling, guiding customers through their purchasing decisions and demonstrating the value of the offering Sales Presentations and Demos: You deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers You highlight key features and benefits, answer questions, and overcome objections to drive customer interest and increase sales conversions Sales Negotiation and Closing: You negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, aiming to secure sales and maximize revenue You collaborate with the sales team and management to finalize deals, process orders, and ensure smooth transaction processing

* Identify, qualify and generate leads in defined territory (Domesticmarket). * Make outbound calls to generate leads and set up qualified meetingswith clients. * Create, maintain and update database of prospective customers withcomplete information through social networking sites, email marketing, etc. * Collaborate with internal and client facing teams and will beresponsible of their respective leads till it closes.* Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthlylead generation activity reports to management. Meeting and exceedingmonthly targets. * Maintaining and updating CRM ensuring all communications are loggedand information is accurate with last known status of leads, appointments. * Timely follow up with client on a regular basis
