About the Role:We are seeking a Deputy Manager Mortgages to lead and manage a team in the Home Loans domain at Kaushambi. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, ensuring employee retention, managing assigned geography efficiently, and keeping the team motivated and engaged.Key Responsibilities:1. Area / Geography MappingAllocate and manage geography for the team.Collaborate with team members to ensure effective coverage.Audit and review area mapping progress regularly and share updates with superiors.2. Source Relationship ManagementManage relationships with all sources in the assigned geography.Maintain strong engagement to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.3. Joint CallsConduct daily joint calls with team members, including source visits and sales calls.4. Channel Partner RecruitmentIdentify and empanel new channel partners to expand business opportunities.5. Team Huddle & ReviewConduct daily team huddles as per process guidelines.Review implementation of sales processes, LMS processes, and daily activity diaries.6. HSPL Hub CoordinationCoordinate with the credit team on logged loan applications.Update team members on the status of loan applications.Eligibility & Required Skills:Experience: Minimum 5 years in Home Loan Product sales with at least 2 years in team-handling / leadership role.Education: Graduate / Postgraduate.Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Knowledge of mortgage/home loan products, market trends, and customer engagement strategies.Eligibility: Female Candidates OnlyReports To: Area Manager
