Perform maintenance and provide customer supports Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair.Writes service reports after every diagnose.Responds to service request and repairs products. Can travel to other places for service. Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability. Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.Skills: Ability to work flexible hours and willing to travel if needed Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment. Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong Diagnostic skills.
