role & responsibilities:

· install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly .

· develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.

· identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to manager immediately.

· establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.

· provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.

· perform maintenance and provide customer supports

· diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair.

writes service reports after every diagnose.

·responds to service request and repairs products.

· can travel to other places for service.

· develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.

· investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.

skills:

· ability to work flexible hours and willing to travel if needed

· proficiency in ms office.

· ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment.

· superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

· strong diagnostic skills.

· good written and verbal communication skills.

· ability to make decisions under pressure.
