Control and monitor materials issued for customer trials and follow up actions. Leads Assignment Payment follow up Quotation Follow up Inspection of Materials prior to dispatch Enquiry follow up Answering phone calls Timely response to OA, PI, SO, Quotation, Customer Complaints and Enquires received over phone, email , fax etc Answering phone call and attending visitors. Customer Database Management
