Searching for new clients Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers and generate business. Implement marketing strategies, Brand Building with supporting on line corporate communications, websites, brochures, presentations and advertising. Managing and interpreting customer requirements. Attend the enquiries received from client. Preparing technical proposal with detailed estimation sheet (Materials type, Materials Quantity and Material cost). Coordinate with clients & finalize the order by agreeing terms and conditions Follow up the client time to-time after submission of offers & negotiation for closing the orders. Maintaining the status of offers after tracking with the clients. Administering client accounts. Offering after-sales support services and addressing client problems and issues. Assist in maintaining effective relationship with internal and external clients. Prepare estimate and proposals. Evaluate all technical issues of the project coordinate effort to complete all bid forms andassembling of proposals. Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team,including preparation of the Estimation Schedule.
