Job Description

QS Engineer cum Co Ordinator

We are looking for a motivated and experienced QS Engineer cum Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying, cost control, site coordination and supporting project execution with accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates.

• Track project costs and ensure budget compliance.

• Coordinate with site team, consultants and subcontractors.

• Maintain project documentation and reports.

• Support project execution and resolving site-related queries.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).

• Minimum 0-5 years of relevant experience in QS/coordination (Construction industry preferred).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, AutoCAD - preferred).

• Team player with a proactive attitude.
