We are scaling our Cocopeat & Agri-Substrate Export Division, and looking for a smart, articulate, young Sales Executive (Female) who can support global sales operations, client coordination, and structured follow-ups.This role needs clarity, confidence, strong communication, and speed.Sales Outreach Identify buyers globally using LinkedIn, Google Maps, Apollo, trade platforms Maintain lead sheets, follow-up trackers, and weekly reportsClient Communication Handle WhatsApp, email & call-based communication Share PIs, resolve objections, and support the final closure Maintain warm, professional, founder-level toneCoordination Support founders during calls Coordinate with logistics, CHAs, production teams Assist with export documentation (training provided)Reporting Maintain POs, PIs, dispatch sheets, and structured communication logs
