Sales Executive (cocopeat & Agri-exports) - female Candidates Only

We are scaling our Cocopeat & Agri-Substrate Export Division, and looking for a smart, articulate, young Sales Executive (Female) who can support global sales operations, client coordination, and structured follow-ups.This role needs clarity, confidence, strong communication, and speed.Sales Outreach• Identify buyers globally using LinkedIn, Google Maps, Apollo, trade platforms• Maintain lead sheets, follow-up trackers, and weekly reportsClient Communication• Handle WhatsApp, & call-based communication• Share PIs, resolve objections, and support the final closure• Maintain warm, professional, founder-level toneCoordination• Support founders during calls• Coordinate with logistics, CHAs, production teams• Assist with export documentation (training provided)Reporting• Maintain POs, PIs, dispatch sheets, and structured communication logs
