Sales Executive (cocopeat & Agri-exports) (female Candidates Only)

we are scaling our cocopeat & agri-substrate export division, and looking for a smart, articulate, young sales executive (female) who can support global sales operations, client coordination, and structured follow-ups.

this role needs clarity, confidence, strong communication, and speed.

sales outreach

• identify buyers globally using linkedin, google maps, apollo, trade platforms

• maintain lead sheets, follow-up trackers, and weekly reports

client communication

• handle whatsapp, email & call-based communication

• share pis, resolve objections, and support the final closure

• maintain warm, professional, founder-level tone

coordination

• support founders during calls

• coordinate with logistics, chas, production teams

• assist with export documentation (training provided)

reporting

• maintain pos, pis, dispatch sheets, and structured communication logs
