Job Title: CounsellorJob Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Counsellor to guide and support students/clients by understanding their needs, providing appropriate guidance, and helping them make informed decisions.Key Responsibilities:Provide counselling and guidance to students/clients.Understand individual requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs/services.Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing students.Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student data.Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of admissions/services.Address queries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.Achieve assigned targets Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong convincing and negotiation skills.Good listening and problem-solving abilities.Basic knowledge of MS Office.Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.Positive attitude and team player.
