This role is exclusively for female candidates and requires 1 to 5 years of experience.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Conduct Telephonic Consultations:** Engage with clients via phone to provide guidance on educational opportunities, career options, and program details, ensuring clear and informative communication.- **Assess Client Needs:** Listen actively to understand the aspirations and concerns of clients, helping tailor advice and resources to best suit their individual situations.- **Maintain Client Records:** Document all interactions and maintain records of client progress and inquiries to ensure organized and efficient follow-ups.- **Provide Follow-Up Support:** Reach out to clients after consultations to address any additional questions and encourage them to take steps towards their goals.- **Collaborate with Team Members:** Work closely with colleagues to share insights and strategies that enhance overall client satisfaction and service delivery.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively over the phone.- Empathetic listening abilities to understand client needs and build rapport quickly.- Organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and maintain accurate records.- Basic proficiency with computers and software applications for recording and tracking client information.- A proactive and motivated attitude, coupled with problem-solving skills that can help clients make informed decisions.
