As a Design Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while driving sales and promoting our brand's products and services. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized design solutions and product recommendations.2. Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue opportunities.3. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and pricing. Stay informed about industry trends, design styles, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.4. Design Consultation: Assist customers with design consultations, including space planning, color coordination, and product selection. Collaborate with customers to create customized design solutions that meet their aesthetic preferences and functional needs.5. Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and warehouse, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.7 . Merchandising: Assist with merchandising tasks, such as product displays, signage placement, and showroom organization, to create an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment.

Candidate will be responsible for coordinating the internal design team for a project as well as preparing and developing drawings, models, images, materials related to the design. Great Presentation and Listening Skills.

Outline client design objectivesDetermine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixturesVisit the site after the project is complete, to ensure that the client is satisfiedWork with interior design team to develop design solutionsTakes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.Prepare and participate in client presentations
