Looking for Candidates who have done Diploma in Interior Designing /BSC in Interior Designing with zero to 1 years experience in Interior Designing. Candidates should have Knowledge of Sketchup , 3ds Max, Enscape.

Candidate will be responsible for coordinating the internal design team for a project as well as preparing and developing drawings, models, images, materials related to the design. Great Presentation and Listening Skills.

We are looking for a creative and imaginative Interior designer to design projects from concept to completion. Hands on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.

Estimation EngineerResponsible for preparation of project drawings for residential plan by using AutoCAD 2D tool. Preparation of quantity and cost estimates for all civil work components. Assist in maintaining effective relationship with internal and external clients. Prepare estimate and proposals. Evaluate all technical issues of the project coordinate effort to complete all bid forms andassembling of proposals. Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team,including preparation of the Estimation Schedule.

Outline client design objectivesDetermine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixturesVisit the site after the project is complete, to ensure that the client is satisfiedWork with interior design team to develop design solutionsTakes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.Prepare and participate in client presentations
