Preparation of Material Take off drawings and quantifying details for Tendering.Prepare concept drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawingsPreparing material take off for awarded Projects based on approved shop drawings and calculations.Providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facadesPreparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders as per site survey and approvals.Issuance of RFIPreparing shop drawings as per Blicks standard layers & drafting standardPreparing drawing register in excel format

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech Prepare Shop Drawing packages for facade / curtain wall projects Have Knowledge of unitized glazing, semi unitized glazing, curtain wall, door window Knowledge of design software AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Sketch-up Prepare Shop drawings of multiple faade components as per project scope Prepare/check the material take-off of all materials required for the project as per specification To prepare faade drawings for all stages of faade such as Concept, Design development & Tender stage Prepared Documentation of various faade systems (Unitized, semi-unitized, curtain wall, and spider glazing systems, Aluminium composite panel cladding, Balustrades, Louvers and canopies, staircase)Location: Mira Road, Mumbai Interested Candidates may share their CV on the below details
