Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech Prepare Shop Drawing packages for facade / curtain wall projects Have Knowledge of unitized glazing, semi unitized glazing, curtain wall, door window Knowledge of design software AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Sketch-up Prepare Shop drawings of multiple faade components as per project scope Prepare/check the material take-off of all materials required for the project as per specification To prepare faade drawings for all stages of faade such as Concept, Design development & Tender stage Prepared Documentation of various faade systems (Unitized, semi-unitized, curtain wall, and spider glazing systems, Aluminium composite panel cladding, Balustrades, Louvers and canopies, staircase)Location: Mira Road, Mumbai Interested Candidates may share their CV on the below details

Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Jr. Architect / Jr. faade Draftsman/ Facade Detailer / Faade Engineer to join our office in Thane. Direct reporting will be to the Principal Consultant.This role will see you produce and develop different facade systems and details whilst also developing yourown personal skills in design, engineering, and materials. This opportunity is ideal for a hardworking, highlymotivated individual who values collaboration, professional experience and wants to be part of a busygrowing business.About the RoleThe role includes: Provide 2D drafting using AutoCAD software in delivering Shop Drawing packages for facade / curtain wall projects and preparing material schedules. Assist in the delivery of detailed facade tender packages. Monitor modelling and maintain direct communications with Architects, Clients, Engineers, ProjectLeaders etc. and update drawings as required. Produce details of facade systems based on architectural drawings. Coordinate and monitor submission schedules to ensure production of deliverables to agreedtimelines. Coordinate with the relevant parties to raise/resolve project related issues which could affect thedelivery of the documentation. Maintain internal document control of drawings. Review and evaluate design deliverables to ensure build ability and compliance, liaising with theclient's design team and specialist suppliersQualifications, Skills, and Experience Demonstrated experience in facade / curtain wall detailing & drafting. Demonstrated experience in providing drafting using AutoCAD software in delivering shop drawing packages / architectural tender drawing packages for facade / curtain wall projects. Degree or diploma holder in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or Building Design (Architectural) Knowledge of steel, aluminium and glass required. Fabrication / assembly drawing knowledge Ability to conceptualize and design practical solutions.
