We are looking for a skilled Fitter Turner to join our team in Salem. This role is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience and a minimum education of 10th pass. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Machine Operation:** Safely operate turning and fitting machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications.- **Blueprint Reading:** Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand production requirements and dimensions. - **Precision Measurement:** Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure components meet precise specifications and tolerances.- **Quality Control:** Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections, ensuring they meet quality standards before passing them on to the next stage.- **Maintenance of Equipment:** Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to keep them in good working condition and report any technical issues.- **Collaborate with Team:** Work closely with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure production efficiency and quality.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates must have strong mechanical skills and a good understanding of machining processes. They should be able to work effectively under tight schedules while maintaining high-quality standards. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to safety are essential. The ideal candidate should also be a team player with good communication skills, able to take instructions and provide feedback as needed. Previous experience with CNC machines will be an advantage. This is a full-time position based in the office environment.

We are an Engineering Company based in Kerala, we are looking for good Experienced Fabricators, Fitters, Arc Welder, Mig Welder, Gas Cutter, Sand Blasting, Airless spray painting and Helpers with knowledge of Spot welding, Grinding, The Fabricator, Fitters and welders who are ready capable of doing jobs individually as per the drawing provided. The works shall be in Company facility/ on site. The candidate must be flexible to relocate as per the company requirement.On site work the food and accommodation shall be provided by the company.
