Job Description:Sales Development Engineer is a key point of contact for our customers and provide both sales advice & supplies for critical pressure-components. As a Sales Development Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales cycle & business development through customer acquisition and building long term relationships with customers which ensures higher recall value. You should be having knowledge of customers & product starting from Spiral-Wound Gaskets enhancing further to flanges & pipe-fittings in India & neighboring countries.Responsibilities: Will need to develop the Spiral Wound Gaskets (SPW) portfolio and assist the Specialist in volumes. Also actively look at the markets on daily basis and build a competent system to monitor competition . They would also need to work on and resolve quality related issues in the business and will involve regular domestic travels initially. Actively looking to develop new business inside and outside the domains. Coordinating with clients for their periodic requirements in assigned commodity. Achieve healthy revenues without compromising on clients profitability. Advising clients with requisite information regarding the market condition. Activating inactive clients through regular follow up. Regularly following-up with clients and handling their queries. Achieving the Business target assigned in terms of, generating revenue, acquiring clients, enhancing & upgrading the client relationship. Ensuring the highest level of service to the clients.
