ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :Perform detailed design and engineeringPrepare MTO, equipment datasheets, technical specifications, technical clarifications, post award design activitiesReview and approve customer specifications.Coordinate with clientsCoordinate fabricators and interface disciplineSKILLS REQUIRED :Through understanding of codes and Standards, if have faced ASME audits that will be an advantage.Experience in working with engineering consultancies for design and engineering of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors, Trays and internals, Filters, Strainers, Coalescers, Ejectors, Desuperheaters, Storage Tanks and Spheres per National / International Codes e.g. ASME SEC.VIII DIV.1 / DIV.2, TEMA, PD5500, API:650, API:660, API:661, IS:2825, IS:875, IS:1893, ASCE, IBR and etc.Industry Type - Refinery / Petrochemical / Chemical / Oil & Gas (preferred)Equipment handled should cover material of construction of CS, LTCS, SS, CS+Clad, LAS, HAS, NACE MR0175, HIC, etc. for applications with temperature ranging from hot service to cryogenic with special services like Hydrogen, Lethal, Wet Sour, Cyclic, Sea Water and etc.Shall be well conversant with design software like COMPRESS, CODECALC, PVELITE, TANK, FEA (will be advantageous) and AutoCAD.Candidate with experience in Column, Internals& External attachments detailing.Oil & Gas experience will be preferred.He should be able provide inputs for GA drawing, manufacturing drawings and part drawings etc

Installation of Special Purpose Machines , Helium Leak Test Machines,. Overhauling of the equipment. Fault finding , attending the customer service calls. During project / servicing should able to go to site in India /Abroad.Sales , Service ,Installation and Commissioning of helium leak test machines , vacuumsystems , helium recovery units , customised equipments.

Job Profile: Candidate will be required to do RF feasibility survey, give demonstration of Radios, carry out installation & commissioning of wireless communication equipment, and give customer support. Work includes survey of sites, demonstration, installation of radios, antennas, feeder cable, LPUs, etc.Candidate will be trained for the job/products and will be based in Pune.Important conditions:1) Candidate must be willing to serve co. at least for two years.2) Candidate must be willing to tour all over India (Co. pays for all the expenses)3) Candidate must be willing to climb towers/ masts for installation/ troubleshooting of radio system components etc. if required . Control a group of draughts men.-Checking drawings, BOMs. Ensure correctness of the documents prepared.-Preparation of Drawings and BOMs.-Preparation of models using 3D softwares like Autodesk Inventor.-Preparation of piping layouts, piping drawings in AutoCAD / Plant 3D, preparation of piping isometric.-Making Design calculations.-Selection of bought out components.-Co-ordination with manufacturing for discrepancies and deviations.

Candidate should have to pick up and drop TV and other home appliances to the customer doorstep, Good communication skills required, not having the compulsion of English language, polite behaviour in front of the customer, understand the needs of the customer. A Two-wheeler driving license must be. The incentive will be given in cash on hand after leads generation
