ROLE:The post holder will be involved primarily in teaching IELTS & Spoken English. Along, providing evaluation feedback to enhance student's overall performance in English Communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in teaching the students, be highly motivated to develop the students' careers and be result-orientated.RESPONSIBILITIESApplicant should have the right level of TEACHING ATTITUDE & APTITUDEPassion to teach various age groups students and candidatesUnderstand teaching plans for the IELTS, PTE & Spoken English Program.Assist in Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.Participate in Preparing and setting tests, assessment papers, and exercises.Assist in Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.Counsel related inquiriesAt least 2 to 5 years of experience in IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/DUOLINGO teaching is recommended. For No Experienced, Excellent Communication skills will requireBasic administration skills such as keeping student registers, Material Management, Inquiry Management, Follow-ups are also key areas to be looked for.DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILERelevant ExperienceAppropriate Teaching Attitude & AptitudeExcellent command of spoken and written English.Should know the IELTS / PTE system well and its exams.Good Presentation and Teaching Skills
