Position Title: Technical Sales EngineerReporting To: Manager Business DevelopmentKey Relationships: Customers, Vendors and Internal StaffJOB PURPOSE :1. External Sales & Technical Support role. Servicing existing customers & developing new business in Mumbai & around (Nashik, Khopoli, Rasayani, Taloja, Thane, Kalyan, Bhiwandi, Palghar, Vasai, Tarapur, Dahanu, Vapi, Silvasa, Navsari, Daman, Valsad, Surat) by providing Electronic repair services & support.MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:1. The role of a Sales & Technical Support Executive is to understand the electronic repair/design requirements of all the key customers assigned to the position, maintain and increase sales with these existing customers & develop new customers.2. This job involves selling by direct and indirect strategies depending on who you may be dealing with. 3. The objective of all activities is to ultimately lead to increased sales of the Company. 4. The key objectives are to assist with company budgets and to meet the financial plans set by the company.5. The new business development, account management, technical support, and financial understanding of the business are some of the necessary tasks required to meet these plans and forecasts.6. Applicants should have Excellent communication skills and should be ready to travel around Mumbai & and up to Gujarat

Immediate RequirementDesignation- Technical Support Engineer Location Goregaon (East), MumbaiWe are looking for a young, dynamic candidate for the position of Technical Support Engineer. A Candidate should be Graduate /Diploma/BE in Electronics/ Electrical with 0-2 years of experience. Candidate should have following skills: Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power, Influencing ability. Excellent and polite English communication skills. Able to work with a Team and strong drive for result orientation. Good at Computers, should have knowledge of MS office. Good at managing existing customers. Coordination with Sales Engineer & customers. Update & maintain all reports (Soft & hard copy). Basic knowledge of Electronics such as AC, DC , Servo drives, PLC's, Power Electronics & Control Circuitry.The job profile is as below; To understand the technical details of the fault (as reported by the customer) in the device / unit sent for repairs. To understand the technical details of the machinery or setup at customer site to get thorough details of the fault reported by the customer. Follow-up with customers to ensure that the customer conducts trials of the repaired units in a timely manner. Coordinate with and work in a team environment between Shreemeera Lab Engineers and Shreemeera Sales staff and provide regular updates from time to time. Visit customer site to understand technical details or conduct trials on a as-needed-basis.CTC 18,000/- per month Preferred Location of the candidate : Dadar to Borivali

Responsibilities of Candidates includes Design Develop Evaluate Proper Maintenance of products Maintain Electronic Systems and Components Should understand product manuals interact with vendors of the company. Understand software and drivers required for electronic systems.
