designation- technical support engineer

location – goregaon (east), mumbai

we are looking for a young, dynamic candidate for the position of technical support engineer. a candidate should be graduate /diploma/be in electronics/ electrical with 0-2 years of experience. candidate should have following skills:

• excellent communication skills and convincing power, influencing ability.

• excellent and polite english communication skills.

• able to work with a team and strong drive for result orientation.

• good at computers, should have knowledge of ms office.

• good at managing existing customers.

• coordination with sales engineer & customers.

• update & maintain all reports (soft & hard copy).

• basic knowledge of electronics such as ac, dc , servo drives, plc's, power

electronics & control circuitry.

the job profile is as below;

• to understand the technical details of the fault (as reported by the customer) in the device / unit sent for repairs.

• to understand the technical details of the machinery or setup at customer site to get thorough details of the fault reported by the customer.

• follow-up with customers to ensure that the customer conducts trials of the repaired units in a timely manner.

• coordinate with and work in a team environment between shreemeera lab engineers and shreemeera sales staff and provide regular updates from time to time.

• visit customer site to understand technical details or conduct trials on a as-needed-basis.

ctc – 18,000/- per month

preferred location of the candidate : dadar to borivali
