Immediate Requirement

Designation- Technical Support Engineer

Location Goregaon (East), Mumbai

We are looking for a young, dynamic candidate for the position of Technical Support Engineer. A Candidate should be Graduate /Diploma/BE in Electronics/ Electrical with 0-2 years of experience. Candidate should have following skills:

Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power, Influencing ability.

Excellent and polite English communication skills.

Able to work with a Team and strong drive for result orientation.

Good at Computers, should have knowledge of MS office.

Good at managing existing customers.

Coordination with Sales Engineer & customers.

Update & maintain all reports (Soft & hard copy).

Basic knowledge of Electronics such as AC, DC , Servo drives, PLC's, Power

Electronics & Control Circuitry.

The job profile is as below;

To understand the technical details of the fault (as reported by the customer) in the device / unit sent for repairs.

To understand the technical details of the machinery or setup at customer site to get thorough details of the fault reported by the customer.

Follow-up with customers to ensure that the customer conducts trials of the repaired units in a timely manner.

Coordinate with and work in a team environment between Shreemeera Lab Engineers and Shreemeera Sales staff and provide regular updates from time to time.

Visit customer site to understand technical details or conduct trials on a as-needed-basis.

CTC 18,000/- per month

Preferred Location of the candidate : Dadar to Borivali
