An Electrical Site Supervisor manages and oversees electrical projects on-site, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.

- Oversees electrical work: Ensures compliance with specs, safety standards, and timelines.- Manages team: Leads electrical technicians and engineers.- Ensures quality and safety: Implements quality control and safety protocols.- Coordinates with stakeholders: Communicates with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.- Solves problems: Resolves technical issues and design problems.- Manages documentation and budget: Maintains records and controls project expenses.

Key Responsibilities:Project SupervisionSupervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and other equipment.Ensure that all electrical work aligns with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.Team CoordinationCoordinate and oversee the activities of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.Quality AssuranceInspect and test electrical systems to ensure functionality, efficiency, and safety.Identify and rectify defects, faults, or non-compliances in the system before project handover.Planning and SchedulingDevelop and manage project timelines and work schedules for electrical installations.Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.DocumentationMaintain detailed records of electrical installations, testing, and maintenance activities.Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and other necessary documentation for stakeholders.Material ManagementEnsure the availability of required materials, tools, and equipment for the project.Coordinate with procurement teams to acquire electrical supplies and track inventory.- Must have experience in GIS( Gas Insulated Substation).- Ensuring Timely Execution of Projects and Maintaining L2 Schedule accordingly.- Preparation of comprehensive Material Verification Reports to document the quality and quantity of materials received.- Preparation of MRR (Material Receipt Records) timely and accurately.- Prepare Joint Measurement Certificates (JMC) sheets to record project measurements accurately.Experience-: Must have experience of 3-5 Years in related Field( 11kv, 33 kv, 132kv)Qualification-: B tech ElectricalSalary-: 3-4 LPA CTCInterested Candidates can send their Resumes on moonaanant@gmail.comFor more information Contact on 7983276693.Job Type: Full-time, On-sitePay: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident Fund
