Job Purpose:The Service Engineer is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the operation of various systems, troubleshooting and fixing problems, providing technical support, and improving system processes.Responsibilities: 1. Assess, install, and maintain various types of equipment and machinery2. Troubleshoot and repair system failures or malfunctions3. Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues that arise during the operation of equipment or systems.5. Ability to provide clear explanations to clients about the functionality and maintenance of their equipment, utilizing exceptional communication skills.6. Detail-oriented nature to maintain accurate records of serviced equipment, parts inventory, and other related documentation.7.
