Hydraulic Machine upto 60ton, 80ton, 400 ton(PLC Operated, Simences-CPU224,223& input and Out put Model LT Room, DG Room, Compressor room, Cooling Tower. Operating & Maintenance of UPS System. DG Set & RO Water Treatment Plant. Operating & Maintenance of servo stabilizer & Capacitor Panal. Powder Cottintg, curing oven, TKG Grinder. Pad Printing, Riveting & Pressing Machine in Finishing Area .

Job Description for Maintenance Electrical Profile.Bachelors Degree in Electrical with 5+ years experiencein following Area.1. Hand of trouble shooting of electrical problem inCNC , VMC and HMC.2. Control knowledge of Fanuc & Mitsubishi.3. Knowledge of servo drive, servo motors , Ac motorsDc Motors.4. Root Cause Analysis of m/c break down.5. Preparation & updation the preventive & predictivemaintenance schedule as per plan.6.Analysis Based of MTTR & MTBF.7. Should have knowledge of ERP and ISO 9001/2015

Ensure timely arrangement of power packs readiness for refer movement & carrying out its major overhaul. Ensure cost effective resource management for E RTG,UHBVN HT LT Lines panels and facility Daily review of complaints & ensure all complaints are resolved within the given time line. Ensure proper documents management Regular monitoring and pre-checks to eliminate heavy breakdowns and if occurred the same to be closed within minimum time limit. Inventory management of equipment for critical spare parts. Ensure 100% compliance are followed for procurement process. Regular audits with team to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained.Cost Optimization To be responsible for regular preventive maintenance work for e RTG power packs DG sets HT LT panels solar plants at DICT. Ensure close coordination with operations team to avoid damages and losses. Ensure cost optimization To be responsible for effective management Ensure compliance of global minimum requirement in work area. Initiatives to be taken wherever GMR is not complied. Managing routine activities to fulfill HSSE requirements. Active participation and cost analysis of all mobile and non-mobile equipment. Vendor development and retention for quality and cost-efficient spares availability for better up time of equipment.

Daily morning meeting with Maintenance team To resolve assembly ,machining & utility breakdown. To ensure Preventive maintenance as per plan Prevent breakdown of systems by routine inspection of machines,wiring, insulated cables etc. Maintaining spare part inventory. Maintain Preventive Maintenance checksheet, intervention report, history card, daily checksheet as per IATF 2016. To ensure safety parameters of Machines as per work instruction. Any other works as assigned by the Maintenance Head.
