Maintenance Support:-Assist in day-to-day electrical maintenance and inspections of machines and utilities.Support electricians during planned maintenance and shutdown activities.2. Breakdown Assistance:-Support senior engineers in diagnosing and rectifying electrical breakdowns.Ensure proper restoration and testing after breakdown resolution.3. Preventive Maintenance Planning & Execution:-Assist in execution of preventive maintenance schedules.Help in preparation and updating of PM checklists and records.4. Troubleshooting & Learning:-Assist in troubleshooting of motors, drives, panels, sensors, PLC I/O, and field instruments.Learn fault-finding techniques and standard troubleshooting methods.5. Documentation & Reporting:-Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and spare usage records.Assist in preparation of reports related to downtime, MTTR, and MTBF.6. Safety & Compliance:-Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms, LOTO procedures, and PPE usage.Support audits related to ISO, safety, and statutory compliance.7. Spare & Asset Support:-Assist in monitoring electrical spares and updating asset-related information.Coordinate with stores for spare availability under guidance.8.
