Designation: Electrical Design Engineer Education: BE Electrical Engineering Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience Location: Andheri (5 minutes walkable from WEH Metro Station) Industry: Real EstateResponsibilities Work on Electrical designs, prepare specifications Analyse equipment requirement and select the same Prepare layouts, single line diagrams, block schematic & logic diagrams and detailing of electrical Monitor work progress at site Coordinate and communicate with Internal & External Consultants & Clients Complete the project(s) within the stipulated time frame with cost effectiveness Provide inputs on sales proposal (whenever required) Working knowledge on Indian standards / codes and statutory requirements for electrical workPre-requisites Should have worked on projects of at least 50 acres. Should have worked on industrial, residential, hospitality and mixed-use projects and have knowledge of space planning. 1. Design of LT Panels, Electrical Panels, control panels, etc.2. Preparation of General arrangement of drawing and technical documentation3. SLD (Single line diagram), schematic and wiring diagram for PCC, MCC, (Power Control Centre Panel, Motor Control Centre )4. Technical Discussion and approval of drawing data with customer.5. Knowledge of Auto-cad design6. Working experience on starters, transformers, busbar, contractorsSelection of switchgear7. Knowledge of Type 1 and type 2 coordination chart

Electrical engineering pertaining to the induction motors that includes :1. Perform the electrical calculations and documentation.2. Make the technical offers for three phase induction motors for various applications as per customer specifications3. Identify and select the components based on given specifications, support to sales and manufacturing4. Support to manufacturing to solve the technical issues5. Communication with internal partners such as execution team, marketing team, sales team and external partners such as vendor, customer, consultant, etc.Required Candidate profileCandidate with at least 1 year of technical experience preferably from design background. Candidate should have below :1. Has basic knowledge of the national and international standards governing motors2. Has knowledge in design of three phase induction motor3. Good written and communication skill4. Proficient in Microsoft office products like Excel, Word etc.5. Good academic performance6. Candidate should have completed degree / diploma and not have any existing backlogs / arrears.7. Candidate should be based in Mumbai (preferably western city/suburban)
