Electrical Designer Fresher Jobs in Ranchi

Position: Chip Design EngineerEligibility: Current Opening/Requirement is for Design Center at Ranchi. We are looking for 2019/2020/2021 and 2022 pass out candidates of the following branches:Electrical Engineering (EE)Electrical & Electronics (EEE)Electronics & Communication (EC)CSE3. Selection Process:Written Exam (To understand the basic Electrical/ Network Theory and Basic Electronics Knowledge of candidates)Duration: 1 hourInterview: Selected candidates will be having a face to face Technical interview for 5 to 10 minutes followed by HR interaction.Selected candidates will be placed as trainee engineers for three months. During the period of training, they will get trained on the IC design process and after successful completion of training, candidates will join the company as Design Engineer and be placed at Ranchi Design Center.During the training period they will be eligible for stipend (Rs 10,000 per month) and other basic facilities. After successful completion of training, they will be hired as an employee of Bhive Design Pvt Ltd with a CTC package of 2.7 Lakhs per annum and they will be eligible for other standard facilities of the Company.For the first 5 years after completion of training period, they will be under bond as the company will invest a big amount in resources including hardware and software related to IC Design for their training.
