Electrical Design Engineer Graduate Experience Jobs in Nashik

Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Schematics & Layouts: Design detailed electrical circuit diagrams, power distribution layouts, cable schedules, and control panel wiring diagrams using CAD software.Component Selection & BOM: Select appropriate electrical components (PLCs, VFDs, contactors, circuit breakers, relays, sensors, and transformers) and prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM).Control System Integration: Coordinate with automation and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of PLC/HMI architectures with electrical hardware.Standards & Compliance: Ensure designs comply with relevant national and international electrical safety standards (such as IS, IEC, UL, or CE).Testing & Commissioning Support: Assist production, panel shop floor, and testing teams during panel wiring, loop testing, quality checks, and site commissioning.Value Engineering & Optimization: Optimize panel designs to improve footprint, reduce thermal output, minimize costs, and simplify shop-floor assembly.Documentation: Maintain complete design documentation, engineering change notices (ECN), operational manuals, and project file archives.

Company is engaged manufacturing Power Transmission and distribution sector, fabrication division for manual and Auto machines - products are for Electrification, const , Power Transmission etc

Candidate must be already residing in Nashik, we are not looking candidate who is ready to relocate.Candidate must be having deep electrical knowledge.Candidate must be experience in making Techno Commercial Quotes.

Evaluating tender documents, drawings, schedules.Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers.Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies.Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.Delegating Draftsmen for quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.Pricing for electrical systemsAssisting in compiling of tenders.Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires.
