1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, such as the CEO, CTO, or other leadership members.2. Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and daily schedules, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of key tasks.3. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication, including email, phone calls, and written correspondence.4. Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.5. Coordinate and manage logistics for corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and client visits related to optical fibre cables and internet router technologies.6. Organize, maintain, and file important company documents and records, ensuring quick access and confidentiality.7. Support the management of key projects within the company, tracking project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.8. Assist with managing the executives' expense reports, including review, processing, and tracking reimbursements for travel and other business-related expenses.9. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, or potential new business opportunities within the optical fibre and router markets.10. Maintain communication with vendors, partners, and clients, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, contract negotiations, and other business activities.11. Provide support to HR in managing employee schedules, onboarding new hires, and arranging internal communications for the executive team.12. Prepare and update weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports on business performance, project status, or financial summaries for senior executives.
